Winter Harbour

When it comes to isolation, it does not get more isolated than Winter Harbour.  The population is very small, sometimes dropping to 4 in the fall and winter months.  However, thanks to the Outpost, you can do basic provisioning here.  This destination is a favourite for fishing and you will often see commercial fishing boats weathering out a storm in the harbour.  Road access is via a logging road that is rough and heavily used by trucks, beware!

• It is possible to anchor in the harbour and it is good holding in stiff mud.
