Cortes Island
Cortes Island is an incredible stop over on your way into or out of Desolation Sound. It offers incredible hikes and kayaking destinations. At Mansons Landing take a hike to the beautiful white sandy beaches and clean warm water of Hague Lake (sunbathing in the buff is favoured by locals and visitors alike). Hague Lake provides drinking water to the locals so no motor boats, soaps or dogs are allowed on the beach or in the water.
