Bill Parsons

Bill is an incredibly well experienced instructor.  When it comes to handling and instructing on a power boat he is the best.  As Barnacle Bill, I did my certifications under him and I can attest to this.  He is very calm and patient and will guide you through everything you need to know, even the tightest of dockings.  You will feel very confident after taking instruction from Bill.
